Day four – the gym

The nipple tattooing procedure will take about an hour during which a semi-permanent pigment is injected under sterile conditions. Your practitioner will give you aftercare instructions. Silicone breast forms are currently the best choice for long term wear and natural look and feel, although foam breast forms are most often used immediately following surgery.
