There are no scales just a life size photo of a mug on a page and compare that with your mug and use that to measure, and also spoons, helpfully describes a tablespoon, desertspoon and teaspoon, and you also use these to measure with. It is however, a simple dish: you just need to melt chocolate, add everything else and leave it to set in the fridge and cut into slices.

and I've enjoyed everything I've made (some meals have been the most delicious food I've ever tasted). Now in its third edition the book has a completely new layout, new photography and includes 30% more recipes than the second edition.

Another big plus for this book is that every recipe comes with a photo so you can see what you're aiming for and the ones I've cooked have all come out looking like they should.However, quite a lot of recipes involved using processed foods such as sausages which makes me a bit concerned.
