The distillers at Norwich City's only distillery, Bullards, keep the exact botanical recipe for their gin very close to their chests. In Late 2018, Bullards Spirits outgrew their humble beginnings at The Ten Bells Pub and moved to historic Crystal House (c1860).

Plenty of fresh grapefruit peel lends the gin a subtle dryness while the honey and vanilla gives it a lovely, sweet finish. Rich honey and mango flavours lead into notes of pink pepper, black pepper and cassia adding a warming spice. The rich woodiness of Douglas fir pine compliments the central juniper, whilst hand-foraged sea purslane, marsh samphire and sea aster give you the distinct coastal flavour, an almost brine-like viscosity and a hint of salinity. The unique bottle shape is a nod to the iconic landmark chimney that stood proud over Norwich for over 100 years.
