Fifth studio album ' Fear Inoculum' is another set of baroque, stadium-sized prog-metal from The Thinking Man’s Primus. Fear Inoculum scored well with critics with the exception of Pitchfork, which usually I take with a grain of salt because they are often critical of just about any album they review. It plays quiet, every instrument is represented well in the mix and the heavy sections rip on a good system.

Digital versions have 10 songs (they include 'Litanie Contre La Peur', 'Legion Inoculant' and 'Mockingbeat', which are not included on the CD) and are slightly under 87 minutes long.
